Terms and Conditions

  • Hotel standard Check-In time: 14:00 Hrs, and Check out time: 12:00 Hrs.
  • Late check out after 12:00 HRS is chargeable and subject to availability.
  • Room may not guarantee for early check in unless pre reserved from the previous night.
  • Outside food & beverage is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
  • Druges, alcohaol & any health affected medicine are not allowed to consume in guest room. Guest will be resposible for this.
  • Lady visitors not allowed in guest rooms with male occupants
  • For booking cancellations, Reservation Officer should be informed before 3 days
  • Guests with non-cancellable reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
  • For the check In process, identification is mandatory like NID/Passport/Driving License
  • Bills must be settled on a presentation by cash or credit card In case of Bill to Company guest needs to sign the bills. Personal cheques will not be accepted
  • In case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout, The credit card information and the acknowledgement on this registration card will be considered as the authorization for the uncharged settled amounts.
  • Visitors are not allowed room without submission of valid identification to the front desk.
  • Visitors not allowed post 10 PM in guest rooms
  • The hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the guest in the guest room or accept any liability for loss incurred during their stay.
  • Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • On premium dates like Eid Holiday/ Durga Puja/ Christmas Holiday/ Long Gov’t holiday/ event dates, and Group Booking cancellation policy remain Non-cancellable and Non -refundable.
  • All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking are allowed only at Hotel’s designated area.

Refund Policy:

Refund Policy:
If cancellation happens before 72 hours, then Iqbal Manjil Serviced Apartment refunds to the booker’s bank account/Any Cards/Credit Cards within up to 07 – 10 working days for the refund to be processed. Reasons for the specified processing time are based on billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. If canceled later or in case of no- show 100% of the first night will be charged and rest of amount will be refunded indeed.
